The U.S. President, Barack Obama, has dndido this Thursday that the status quo in the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians is untenable and has considered that it is possible to resume the talks to achieve peace by focusing first on borders and security. In his expected speech on the Middle East, Obama has warned that efforts Palestinian delegitimize Israel in the UN will not achieve an independent State nor denying the existence of the Jewish State.
The American President has appealed to the friendship that unites United States with Israel to be able to tell the truth, that is, that the status quo is unsustainable.
